Capitol Lakes Estates is a new subdivision located in West Little Rock off Kanis Road and Cooper Orbit Road.  Construction began in 2005 and most lots are now developed.  The subdivision borders the Oasis Renewal Center and more than half the neighborhood is bordered by a green belt.  CLE is a diverse community made up of young and old families with diverse ethnic backgrounds.  Living in CLE has the ambience of a country setting but is within minutes of major shopping areas including Wal-Mart, SAMS, Target, Kroger, etc. and just a few miles from Chenal Parkway, I-430 and I-630.
